Selon elle, ce flou est d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9 dans les habitudes des jeunes publics, et les m\u00e9dias traditionnels devront s&rsquo;adapter rapidement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration qui s&rsquo;informe autrement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La fronti\u00e8re entre journalisme, contenu \u00e9ditorial et contenu de marque \u00ab va devenir de plus en plus floue \u00bb, affirme Isabelle Rousseau. Chez les plus jeunes, dit-elle, cette fronti\u00e8re a d\u00e9j\u00e0 disparu. Son propre fils s&rsquo;informe d&rsquo;abord sur TikTok et a fait de YouTube sa cha\u00eene d&rsquo;information et de divertissement principale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle ne s&rsquo;en alarme pas. Les jeunes consommateurs, selon elle, savent reconna\u00eetre les sources cr\u00e9dibles. Le probl\u00e8me, \u00e0 ses yeux, a chang\u00e9 de nature : il tient moins aux fausses nouvelles qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la difficult\u00e9 de rep\u00e9rer l&rsquo;information fiable, dans un environnement o\u00f9 chacun, dit-elle, tend \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer que \u00ab ma v\u00e9rit\u00e9 est bonne \u00e0 moi \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"572\" src=\"https:\/\/fad-fep.ca\/reporterPlus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Isabelle-Rousseau-Toast-Studio-1024x572.jpg\" alt=\"Isabelle Rousseau\" class=\"wp-image-13135\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Isabelle Rousseau &#8211; Cr\u00e9dit : Toast Studio<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Contenu de marque : une exigence de v\u00e9rit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la production de contenu, Isabelle Rousseau pose une r\u00e8gle, y compris \u00e0 ses clients commerciaux : \u00eatre vrai. Une marque qui veut vendre fait de la publicit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;assume. Une marque qui veut informer le fait sans tromper le public. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.toaststudio.com\/\" id=\"https:\/\/www.toaststudio.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Toast Studio<\/a> confie l&rsquo;essentiel de ses recherches et de ses animations \u00e0 des journalistes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00ab Je ne veux pas une star, je veux quelqu&rsquo;un qui est vraiment int\u00e9ress\u00e9 \u00e0 aller chercher le propos. La rigueur est l\u00e0. \u00bb &#8211; Isabelle Rousseau<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Isabelle Rousseau a travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 Radio-Canada du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des ventes et du marketing, une position qu&rsquo;elle d\u00e9crit comme marginale dans l&rsquo;institution : \u00ab J&rsquo;\u00e9tais \u00e9tiquet\u00e9e vente et marketing. J&rsquo;\u00e9tais le diable dans la place. \u00bb Elle en garde une lecture critique des m\u00e9dias traditionnels, dont elle juge la structure \u00ab rigide, syndiqu\u00e9e, imbriqu\u00e9e dans du b\u00e9ton \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce que les m\u00e9dias traditionnels devraient apprendre<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle d\u00e9crit un milieu repli\u00e9 sur lui-m\u00eame, o\u00f9 les journalistes finissent par s&rsquo;adresser surtout entre eux. \u00ab C&rsquo;est tellement lourd comme \u00e9l\u00e9phant, comme ch\u00e2teau, que c&rsquo;est difficile \u00e0 changer \u00bb, dit-elle. Aux m\u00e9dias traditionnels, elle conseille d&rsquo;all\u00e9ger la production, de sortir davantage du studio et de ne pas \u00e9carter les outils r\u00e9cents : tourner avec un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;avec une \u00e9quipe lourde, par exemple. \u00ab Ce n&rsquo;est pas parce que c&rsquo;est nouveau que c&rsquo;est mal. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle s&rsquo;attend n\u00e9anmoins \u00e0 un changement lent, qui viendra surtout avec le remplacement des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. La vraie rupture, selon elle, arrivera quand les publics encore attach\u00e9s aux formats traditionnels ne seront plus l\u00e0.
